Apart from adding great contents and keeping them fresh, you have to put some efforts on Social media now a days - FB, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.All these SM properties should engage your audience in a personal way and direct them to comeback to your site - there by increasing traffic and leads.Also, try FB ads!

There may be restrictions with the VA loan that you should look into beforehand that may not allow this approach but just throwing it out there as an idea to expand the available properties/areas.

Obviously this throws everything off and homeowner was completely unaware of this.From the little I have learned, this seems to happen when homeowner get a modification, Hud comes in pays the back payments and then has a sort of silent 2nd mortgage that needs to be re-payed when ever they sale in future.
