The CCR's for this specific POA allow the Board President to sign over real estate so long as the Special Meeting procedures occur.I figure if I get a Quit Claim then the County may not allow me to re-Plat as I may not have sufficient Title to perform this task, or the abandonment process, which means the RoW land would not be marketable to future buyers - rendering any investment in it useless.

You can take them 3 weeks apart if my memory is correct, there are 3 of them.The state test is very easy, I paid $50 for some multiple choice tests via Kaplan and did a few hundred questions and that was it.Test focuses a lot on disclosure and how to handle deposit money, basically don't be an idiot, dishonest thief.

My down payment situation would allow me to put 20 percent down on a small townhome or home for a future house rental but I would probably not be able to put quite 20 percent down for a habitable duplex in this market and maintain sufficient reserves. leading to my question for all you MSP investors out there.
