I don't know what kind of home this is or how much snow there is to remove but landscaping and snow removal is generally considered a tenant responsibility on a single-family home.I don't believe in rent reductions.

@Scott Houin There may be other non-obvious things they're doing, like common area maintenance, landscaping, road or parking area repairs/striping/paving or paying for insurance for the common areas.You might also look at what it takes to serve on their board.
