congratulations Andrew in the last 2 years we have been forced to almost withdraw from the Toledo market because we could not find property management that we could work with remotely and sleep at night.............I had the privilege to meet Andrew and see the work he was doing am overjoyed to say the least and cant wait to re contact with him so we can get up and running again in this great market

Thus, my questions piggyback from this post:"Do Not Disturb" feels like a dummy move, and I would love to know "the skinny" on a property before anyone else catches wind of it, but I do not like the idea of prison [or at least a fine].
