Would love to hear what sites work best for everyone to simply to process and decrease vacancy rates.

I imagine simply based on how they made their business and money, there is an element of high risk / high reward.

Honestly don't know if we would even know if its an issue since anyone turned off by them simply wouldn't book.

I was able to move half of the units to paying online/cashapp but a few of my tenants still don't have bank accounts or simply prefer paying cash.

It's been great, we've continued to see appreciation, monthly cashflow, and when the market turns we'll simply write a check from our line of credit to purchase the next property!
