I would like to get help buying property in all Illinois state schools just a few units.

Normal demand:  I will receive 10 calls for each home each week; high demand: tax time, school starting etc.

I work full-time and go to school full-time majoring in Statistics.

Moorestown and Cherry Hill East are the better school districts.

I need to be out of my current apartment on the 5th, and am starting school on the 8th.

The other, my daily driver and commuter, is a 2004 chevy cavalier that I have been driving since high school over 10 years ago.

As long as you have a 12-24 month history of renting the property most banks are able to cancel out the debt obligation when considering you for another mortgage. 

I assume the winning bid did not meet the reserve but I can't find any history.
