So I'm looking at a possible rental property in the Round Rock area with single days on market.

I work for an Arizona private lender, Steeple Rock Funding, and we specialize in residential (non-owner occupied) and commercial loans.  

BP rocks! 

These ideas include further segmenting small companies into “nanocap” and “microcap” bands and radically scaling reporting requirements for the smallest issuers.

If in order to be in the Note portfolio investment field, buying NPNs and get them back to re-preforming and then offer them back on the market is still in some ways better than rentals I think.I believe there is a way for the average Joe to be smart and work your own portfolio at enough yearly profit to replace your J O B and still grow your investments.  

We also have some minor sheet rock work, wall paper removal, and scape and paint the ceilings as well.

I guess it is time to take a trip over to the BP Calculators.All I can say is that Bigger Pockets Rocks!!!

All the effected sheet rock will most likely need to be removed and all effected areas would need to be remediated so it will really depend on how much area you're talking about.
