Hello,

I am Mark Payne, and a new member of BiggerPockets.  I am excited to be a part of this great real estate network, and to make lots of new connections.  I live in Arizona, and recently graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Finance.  I work for an Arizona private lender, Steeple Rock Funding, and we specialize in residential (non-owner occupied) and commercial loans.  I look forward to getting to know many of you, and please feel free to connect with me and become a colleague.  Thank you in advance.
