Have you had your purchase agreement , mortgage and lease reviewed by a competent attorney that specializes in such matters?

Unfortunately the way I understand it you need to get some legal counsel to review it.

Hello BiggerPocket Family,The subject title says it all but I am pretty sure there is going to be mixed reviews in regards to it.

I look at thousands of properties a week with flyers and OM's to review and what brokerages do is across the board.
