Only takes a few seconds to respond to an inquiry so I'm fine with it.I have a handyman on retainer who lives nearby in case someone needs to get on site quickly to fix something (and a backup guy of course).

I set up one company with graduated administrative charges that were deemed to be earned and charged at future dates, this was a non-profit so the retained earnings were not taxable.

The rent/mortgage payments etc. made by the tenant/buyer is paid from the escrow company as well as everything else to prove to lenders that the tenant/buyer is making payments.The seller retains ownership, pays down their mortgage and gets the tax benefits.
