You want to be near entertainment, restaurants, etc. that draw.Chandler downtown has done very well the last ten years or so, attracting restaurants, a new theater, coffee shops, etc that would make that area attractive.

Ask your brain how can I do this, instead of shutting down your thought process with a declarative statement of " I can't do this" and then you fill in all the reasons why.

Being in a flood zone with the extensive amount of rehab, the city shut the project down multiple times and we had to go through local and state water companies and agencies to get approvals to do the work.

We just got the project fully entitled for an apartment building and a separate commercial building with restaurant/retail (ground floor) with offices on 2nd story. 

He did have a restaurant job but has worked for me for cash for last 6 months.

But if it’s on a main drag or in an area with other retail or restaurants then it may work.
