For those who replied with 'it depends' or 'look at other parameters', if I had time to put in, I would go with BRRRR not Turnkey.

I know this new format might allow you to see a bit of a snap shot of the discussion, but it makes it really hard to see what the actual topics are because there is just text everywhere...I also don't like this reply format.

Hopefully someone will reply about the two year rule, flipping is not my expertise.If this is your first rental and you will self manage, I recommend finding a local rental owners association, you should be able to get access to meetings, trainings, and all the forms you need for a small membership fee.
