PA Judicial Sales - Buyer Advice

Hello - I am interested in purchasing a home at a Judicial tax sale since the properties are said to be sold “free and clear”.  I also plan on doing a title search on the property before bidding on it.  Just wondering if anyone has any experience with judicial tax sales.  Also if there are any courses recommended for education on these sale would be appreciated.  Thank you!  Debbie
