@David Jenkins @Stephen Anderson I totally agree that the Multifamily Investing Academy with Charles Dobens is one of the best Real estate courses out there.  

We quickly switched to a new provider that allowed for rental properties, and everything worked out fine in the end.Now I know—next time, I’ll make sure to update both our insurance and lender before or immediately after converting a primary residence into a rental!
