What is the best way to protect myself?

Hi everyone, just wanted to reach out regarding a question I have about asset protection. 

In other words, where is the evidence that the proponents of Prop 15 plan to continue after Prop 15 passes to completely remove Prop 13 protections for home owners?

The state owns this, More likely On cases like this ,it means The county or state used it for witness protection or maybe someone that works for like a Jail facility . for protection.. 

The banks will NOT care about potential equity, as they are only concerned about protecting their investment. 

It's better when they're written separately, but a good title lawyer should be able to write up the amendment to protect you and the seller if it needs to stay as one agreement.Good luck!

The point being, you still need the insurance to protect the assets that are in the LLC. 

And, then follow the resolution/notice as required; you may be thinking you're doing the landlord a favor by texting but it's really about protecting your rights to do it as prescribed by law. 

If not, and only the credit partner is on title how is the equity of the other investor protected?

How should that protection be modified as you start to add multiple properties to your portfolio (umbrella policies/etc.)?
