@Nathan Murray the answer to this question may depend highly on exactly what type of loan you are looking for as I use two different banks, 1 for commercial lending (5 year balloon, 20-25 year amortization) and more products for rehab versus another for conventional lending (30 year fixed).

I would suggest when trying to find a property manager to make sure they are licensed, in Ohio you have to be a licensed real estate broker to manager property for someone, there are a lot of unlicensed individuals that try to manage property, this is not a good idea as you will not know if they are knowledgeable of all the different laws that affect housing and if they do something wrong it would fall on you.
