The draw back to these loans is that they are more paperwork heavy than the other "portfolio" types of loans....but if you have ever received a loan on your primary home, it's likely that you will go through the same type of paperwork here with conventional lending.

Now we are looking to get back into real estate in the Chattanooga area.We want to get into Buy and Hold real estate to maximize cash-flow and to start to develop a rental portfolio.

Start cash flowing from this, and use that money to buy more SFRs, while wholesaling properties you've found but don't want as part of your buy and hold portfolio.

After taking procession of a portfolio of assets, they secure the properties, make necessary cap improvements and then resell.The portfolio being offered consists of 35 units in seven buildings.
