My ideal is a tax planner who can talk me through and explain the best ways to reduce my taxes and is passionate about helping me increase my revenue by recapturing money lost in taxes.

My passion is still in the building aspect of RE and I think I could profit more by flipping my own Wholesale deals...Anyways if anyone is local MA, NH, ME and you have the experience and are willing to teach someone.

I am looking to network in the York area with other landlords and reach out and see who is in the community, as I have decided to make this my lifetime  passion and career. honestly just looking to surround myself with people with the same passion and learn from each other, attend local events geared towards investments and rentals , etc and grow in the community.

More recently, I’ve been acting in the role of property manager for my dad (certainly with a little bit of painter/ laborer mixed in too).I have a true passion for the industry and I certainly intend to pursue my passion for the financial rewards, but even more so because I genuinely enjoy it and want to make a career out of it.
