good morning! I am some what new to the rental world. me and my dad have 11 units split between 3 properties along with 5 garages that we have acquired in the past three years here in York county pa . we purchased these and they turned out a great cash flow on all 3 by sheer luck, we had no idea really what we were doing. by now from a good bit of hands on experience, I am much more familiar with how things work and am much  more efficient and continue to grow and learn daily. we are ready to pull the trigger and buy a 3 unit from a private seller who is willing to do seller finance which is great. I am looking to network in the York area with other landlords and reach out and see who is in the community, as I have decided to make this my lifetime  passion and career. honestly just looking to surround myself with people with the same passion and learn from each other, attend local events geared towards investments and rentals , etc and grow in the community. I'm 35 and have a long way to go , but I feel I am on the right track and have been learning fast. I I would also be interested in finding and groups or events in the central pa area as well.
