Wouldn't a sheriff be the solution as opposed to eviction proceedings?

I'd like to bring a copy of the contracts with me to my appointment, as I would like to be "over" prepared opposed to being under prepared and not be readily available to close the deal. 

**Possible Variation 1 - House in the middle** If rentals look to be our best bet for residual income, he's not opposed to purchasing a house in the city to live in for 2-4 years before purchasing the home they really want (with acreage).

People here on BP seem to feel the exact opposite of those I met before coming here.This has been great though, it's nice hearing opposing ideas as that's what I came here for!

@Dawn Anastasi recommends not posting the actual address or exterior photos in the ad.

Don't know how much it will go up in 10 years - the condo exterior is dated (inside is all rehabbed) Thoughts?  

@Matthew Pinkston, The strategy I'm referring to is allowing a multifamily property (4 or more units) to qualify as a residential property for property tax as opposed to the commercial rate which is close to double that of the residential rate.

I'm definitely not opposed to traveling to learn the ropes or help with deals.  

I need to have the exterior of a two story home painted.  

Today I went to the home going to need a lot of work but my father told me around $80,000 that includes plumbing, electrical, kitchen, renovate one bathroom add an additional bath to master suite on second floor, creating an open floor plan, finishing the basement, Vinyl siding for exterior, windows, and extensive landscaping.
