You either print and mail the docs or you drive to the HUD office and drop them off.So, while signing digitally in color may work, you still need to print and send/delivery...and as long as you're printing, it's easier to just sign.

If I do set up my own real estate brokerage office as opposed to working with a non-licensed partner, will it be ok to use my existing LLC to buy sell and broker properties, or do you recommend setting up a new separate LLC?

The property is less than a half mile from his office (just two blocks away), and he was blown away at my offer....plus he hadn't even noticed it on the MLS.
