It’s a small company based out of Virginia Beach where I just hang my license and work as “referrals only” otherwise so I’m not paying company dues for leads, swag, etc. but I still make a 100% commission on my sales.

.- Appliances: stove and oven, refrigerator- Chimney- Large front porch shared with 1st floor residents- Separate front door entrance, basement access is through a staircase at the rear of the house next to kitchen- Street parking (we have a tight, shared driveway and can't accommodate off street parking)Important note: The first two tenants moving in will be relatives of me and my husband (a nephew and a cousin), but the rest of the workers moving in, in the future I likely won't know.I have a small back yard where my husband and like to make fires and hang out when the weather is nice.

Actually read, listen, take notes where you see fit.You may have to sift through some of the information to find what helps/applies to you, but you will start to get the hang of effectively doing that.
