So the chances of someone getting hurt bad go up a lot with those type of places versus a school where mainly kids are being taught a certain martial arts style and some parents take along with them.There are varying business models within the martial arts community so important as a landlord to research what type is interested in your space and why.Also important to know if the school owner has shown success with a bunch of other locations or is this a franchisee that is learning the business on the location they want to occupy with at your center?

The electrical has some exposed wiring in the attic crawl space that needs to be in a junction box and to restore power to the detached carriage house where my cousin lives.As well as a handy man to grease some reluctant windows and fix a leaking valve as well as smaller issues.Looking to get multiple quotes if possible.Can anyone recommend any good people who might be able to get to this soon?

All bedrooms and baths are on the second and 3rd floors- so no bathroom on the main floor with the main living space and kitchen.Previous owners turned a main floor half bath into a wetbar when they used the house as a traditional B&B.
