This is not my first flip so I will be managing the ready to go contractor on the project.

I am about to start a new rehab project and was thinking about adding some sort of security system in it to monitor who is coming in and out of the house and overall security.

Otherwise these kinds of projects can be ghost towns that kill off all the tenants. 

Wow a lot of projects on the go, I'm not afraid of hard work as it usually offers much better returns, only exception being Amazon as I probably would've made more just investing in the stock in 2013 compared to selling on the platform! 

Unfortunately we do not have the capability of taking on a project that size at this time. 

I’m working on a 300 unit multi-family project which is new construction.

Now when you say that you need 200k to come out right, does that mean that you will break even or does that mean that you will make the 40k or 50k that you projected??

I've never heard of it being enforced, but I'm sure the city may use it as a tactic if there is a problem with a rental house (eg - it's a massive party spot).
