The Kitchen did have LVP (rest of the unit is carpet) and had to be replaced during the inspection.  

Built in 2021 in Houston tx with both sides rented for 3k total. during inspection noticed one side has pets while there was nothing on the lease. notified the owner, who notified tenants of violation and afterward refused to pay pet deposit or pet rent. seller is now thinking of eviction. tenants have no prior history of bad behavior when it comes to renting  as we move forward to closing what would 

I've had the home inspection and wood destroying insect inspection so far and they both say for this house to be this old, the report wasn't bad.Problem: I feel like I may be missing something, so I am here to brain storm.

It seems like after inspections investors no longer want them.
