If you don't disclose it, it's is a clear case of mortgage fraud, doesn't matter about it being on a credit report, it is or certainly be a material omission of your financial obligations and it's not hard to find your name on deeds of trust that you made.

I think this could even be considered mortgage fraud if you went through with the bank with them being under the presumption that it is a second home.
