It depends on the house, subfloor condition (if tile is going to be a lot of prep, I'll do waterproof floating or try to clean existing tile, sometimes laminate sheet on cheap flips) and current home store prices for most of my choices.

@Samuel S. there are also specialty stores in most states that offer parts, supplies, and materials designed specifically for mobile homes.

Vio doesn't have extensive requirements like regular direct deposits like some online banks require, my one beef with them is their transfer limits are low so I don't store lots of money there because it is slow to get it out if needed quickly.

I like the receipts feature on the app (you can take a picture using the app and it will store it in the cloud).

They aren't very expensive and they usually carry them in the pet stores or online. 

If you don't have family or friends who can teach you these skills, local home improvement stores may offer free classes in it.

If none of the above, you could collect text, audio, or video reviews and store them for future marketing materials, that way you have a storage of reviews of your service that you can provide to future tenants, partners, etc.
