It sounds like a very attractive rental and there could be a bunch of investors willing to wait while you find your replacement (and of course in the interim you make the income).Last suggestion that could be the most lucrative - explore with your tenants if they would like to buy the property.

Either way, I'm still exploring some other options, like potentially purchasing a foot of the neighbors property.

That said, it is a really easy way to try meet other investors and you don't even have to leave your house.The other thing you can do is start exploring podcasts, books and blog posts as this is another great way to gain wisdom from others you would like to emulate.

Being in NYC does make things a bit more challenging given the entry price of the market here but I am excited to explore things a bit more and hopefully learn from those who have walked this path before.
