I'm a new investor myself from Baltimore.  I just finished (& posted) my first deal after listening to podcasts/studying on BP for about 2 years. I'm so glad I finally pulled the trigger.  I'm already under contract for my next deal.  A great resource for the area is the 'Maryland Investors Network' Facebook group.
