GREETINGS everybody I am new to BiggerPockets and new to real estate ,I have picked wholesaling to start my real estate adventurer off .I need some advise on education materials like books I have already read The ultimate beginners guide to real estate investing, now I am thinking about this book The Real Estate Wholesaling Bible: The Fastest, Easiest Way to Get Started in Real Estate Investing by Than Merrill, has anybody read this and if so is it any thing I should be reading?
