I'd say banking on appreciation to pay off the loan is always a gamble. 

BP is a great place for you real estate adventure.

The funny thing is most people believe they can beat the market, but the reality is its a gamble.

Fast forward a year and a half from starting this REI adventure and I have an epiphany: finding deals and money is what holds back your growth.

It's an adventure :-))

GREETINGS everybody I am new to BiggerPockets and new to real estate ,I have picked wholesaling to start my real estate adventurer off .I need some advise on education materials like books I have already read The ultimate beginners guide to real estate investing, now I am thinking about this book The Real Estate Wholesaling Bible: The Fastest, Easiest Way to Get Started in Real Estate Investing by Than Merrill, has anybody read this and if so is it any thing I should be reading?
