Did he file for bankruptcy?

If it "takes a long time" to evict someone, that should inspire you to stop wasting time by waiting to file for eviction.

Hey all,I'm finally at the point where I'm going to file for my LLC.

Heard dogs barking inside.  3 days later filed petition to evict against previous owner.  

All things considered, I would suggest going to an attorney right away as there are steps that should be taken with the servicing of the mortgage before filing for a foreclosure.
