I have seen Zillow give property as comparable that I would not (due to being in a different school district, or being within distance as the crow flies but not by driving or walking since on the other side of a river and the nearest bridge is a bit aways).I have seen another online valuation site use a tax sale property (sold for back taxes) and considered that a non-distressed arm's length transaction - incorrectly, of course.You do need to have a bit of a clue ...

.- The home is a 4br/2ba with a great yard, 1/3 acre, in an all 10/10 school district (BVS) (elem, mid, high), backing up to a golf course, so it feels like a bigger space.- Zillow estimates currently @ $650k.The Relo:- pays sellers closing costs, including the full 6% realtor fees if I sell my house.- pays the buyers closing costs, up to 2.5% if I buy a house at new location.- I have up to 1 year to utilize the benefits, so I could totally rent out my place and then sell next year.So any input here?

Some school districts (or jealous people in them) might report you to admin if you start posting a lot of FB posts about selling houses or houses sold.
