I just wanted to know if there are any contractors, rehabbers, or remodelers in the Milwaukee area looking for some extra help, that might be willing to train.Currently I work as a TIG welder, which has been great to me for pretty much my whole career seen high school.  

If they are good at what they do then you will easily have the extra profit to pay them.

Paul, I'd advise looking for a realtor who owns properties already and understands the dynamics of the actual formulas on costs/expenses as you will need guidance on a lot of details. 

We take pride in our work, are detail oriented and leave our sites cleaner than we find them.

If you don't mind, i'd like to pick your brain a little to get an idea on some more detailed info... car counts, avg per car, and maybe a little insight on how your SBA loan went.
