I was thinking to hire someone to watch videos and implement them... like a techy high school student or a intern that is studying digital marketing... 

Take a quick picture of the front page of the local newspaper, including the date, for reference, then take tons of pictures.Deduct fairly, but make sure you cover your expenses.

Have skills and professional experience in digital marketing, research, and sales so hoping those along with a desire to learn will come in handy.  

I have many of contacts for wholesale real estate inventory that have double digit returns, alot of turn key stuff scattered around U.S. how far out of your back yard are you willing to invest?

From my understanding, we have seen appreciation in the last year in the double digits (350K+market). 

I have posted my ad on Craigslist but I was also wondering if it's worthwhile to post in the penny saver and newspaper just to reach different clientele .

As I work on developing those, I was looking for properties through the newspaper (let me know if that's one way to find deals).

Occupancy is currently about 70% (one tenant, a photo/camera store, closed up shop because of the switch to digital photography). 

Would that mean a mason has to dig it out and cement it in and then rebuild the brick column?

When the times comes I'll probably prepare printed and digital copies, so I can give the lender options.
