You plug in a sale amount by year and quarter snd it will give you a current valuation based on their data...inflation/appreciation on same property repeat sales using conforming loans.

Certainly, class A apartments is not where the value add folks play so that is not where you should be looking or get tripped up by looking at data from newswires showing over supply concerns.
