I've used the Benjamin Moore- Moonshine color in my own personal house and it looks outstanding but it is a little bit more on the expensive side.

If you want outstanding return and are willing to work smart to obtain it, then my route works.I am not one of those RE investors who think it is perfect for everyone or that there is not many different RE routes. 

I have not purchased in over 1.5 years, but virtually all my San Diego RE have over 2% rent to purchase ratio (2% ratio produces outstanding cash flow).  

If I don't see a lot of late payments or significant outstanding obligations then I'm not as worried about the actual number.

So "company policy" be damned, if she wants to give a cordial / greeting hug, so be it...I suppose same but different how the mideast culture the males give each other pecks on the cheek as greetings I'm to understand.That being said, its a tough call as whether to impose or follow your norm vs their norm... 

Your plan's rules will also set a maximum number of loans you may have outstanding from your plan.

It looks like the owners of the property passed away prior to the tax sale. so the title company has a line item in the commitment stating that "possible outstanding interest of known and unknown heirs of Owner 1, deceased and known and unknown heirs of Owner 2, deceased pursuant to Tax Sale recorded on ... in record book....

It's a truly outstanding property.
