The Capex is a percentage set aside based on nearly 30 years of experience and my current property inspections. 

They ended up getting bought out by current one (CJ/Results).

I also know their level of service went drastically down and would not be my top choice currently.2.

Good afternoon BP, I currently have 2 deals under contract on a seller finance agreement.

They were having trouble with their third party payment service before the current crisis but I wonder if the problems they are having now has something to do with them not handling customer payments properly (not putting in a sort of escrow account). 

I currently live in Las Vegas, where my current properties were acquired using a buy-and-hold strategy with a conventional 25% down payment.

We currently own two (2) STR/MTRs, one (1) LTR, as well as a primary residence in the North Charleston Area (Park Circle). 

That is an interesting point about the current downturn.
