@Nate Hall@Simon W.Hey guys I am actually looking for a property management software at the moment.I am torn between Yardi, Appfolio, Buildium, and Rent Manager.A friend of mine recommended Yardi.We have 107 units so we would fall into the Genesis 2 platform.

I understand that and would like to use that a a base or platform to move into more passive type strategies.Has anyone out there had any success with this type of gameplan?

I'm crossing my fingers and will know in about a week if the underwriters have an issue with this.

I have come a cross a few deals that I could not get due to not fully knowing the subject-to world.
