Hi Charles,I typically use a tax agent to handle the tax protest for my investment properties.They would appear at the hearing on your behalf.I'm pretty sure you can find one online  that works in the county where your property is located.

Public records.Go into your local clerk of courts/register of deeds, look up the deeds in the last 30 days and look only for the deeds to corporations and trusts. 

In my county, the sale is once a year on the court house steps.  

Wait a couple of seconds and their name will appear, click on it.

The more amenities the more costs (pools, tennis courts, gyms, etc.) 

The court date is in November and I don't want to wait any longer.
