I don't know anything about the companies you mentioned, but the property management I have in JAX has been really outstanding, one of the best in the country I think. 

Hire them to do a feasablity study  usually 3 to 5k.. and then if it looks good you can start down the path they lay out for you.Any specific information on BP will just be ramdom hearsay you need to talk to the people in charge of the area.. each municipality or county is different one size does not fit all.

So as of now, planning on moving forward alone.I presently work a 9-5 job which occupies most of my daytime hours.Would appreciate any thoughts or advice anyone has to extend -- sorry for being windy - if you feel I could shorten anything up or provide less info or more in a particular area please let me know or if you have a recommendation for a different section of the forum to place this topic in.Thanks in advance - reading here the past 2-3 months and listening to the present and old podcasts during the week has led me to rethink the path I was on and set some clear and concise goals for myself.  

I'm 50 years old and I've been all over the country.

This is a big issue here in our company, where almost 70% of our WeBuyHouses.com investors around the country are also licensed.In general, I think it's a good thing to have.  

But I want to learn and get started on a path that leads to a secure stream of income that will be self sustaining.

I am originally from Indonesia (Its G20 countries, 4th largest country by population, and i am proud of it!) 

We meet on the third Tuesday each month at 6:00 at the El Camino Country Club in Oceanside.

I've learned so much in the past few months just from lurking/webinars and of course, the podcasts.I grew up in Eastern NC, but I've been bouncing around the country for a few years.  

We've just hired an attorney specializing in evictions and will start down that path on Monday.
