Naturally an inherited lead is probably an absentee however the key component is the type of recent transfer and the likelihood of the sellers motivation to sell.

Thus, you really need to throttle your % formula to make sure they do.. realizing the components of the rule itself (ie. agent fees, closing costs, holding costs, finance costs, and net profit).

It seemed many of the components were needed for the other strategies.

It's not the keyword as much as a few other components
