I would love to find a coach and or mentor from around the Augusta GA area.

What are the odds that that coach has seen the battle trenches, and otherwise walked the walk?

So besides this deal I am working on, I am looking for a very successful mentor/coach to develop a lifetime relationship with as a mentor/coach, friend, and future business partner.

Etc.Herm Edward (NFL Coach) said it best: "A goal without a plan is a wish."  

I also lost about 70k between 2 deals in 2016 that I could have and should have avoided if I had consulted with a coach or mentor.

With a good coach I know I can be an asset on someone's team. 

You should write a book and offer some coaching...that sounds like one helluva guru program!

Step 1 for me was to gain specialized knowledge, so I joined a coaching program, participated in master mind and bootcamp type events and started to interact with people that were operating at a higher level than myself.Step 2- I asked others that I wanted to be like (people that owned portfolios, accredited investors, etc.) how I could bring them value.  

All of the advice on how to actually hit the target led her to shoot poorly until we, on the second try, found her a qualified coach.
