Hey Everybody,

So I want to give you a little bit more detail about me and my real estate experience. My name is Fadie H. Areny first off and well I am 19 years young turning 20 years young on May 22nd. I have always loved real estate, my mom purchased for me at the age of 13 years young the John Beck program. It was a decent program that taught me how to purchase properties pennies on the dollar from the internet. So I got to work coming after school I would get online and find properties to purchase under my mom's name. She gave me $5,000.00 to mess around with so I decided to purchase a couple properties in Florida, Polk County to be a little more specific. The properties were purchased from ************** and then I sold them on eBay real estate. Luckily I made profit and didn't purchase from a scammer like a lot of the internet is filled with.

I made a few thousand dollars from the deals and then realized that a lot of people were getting scammed from online purchases. Well anyways that's when my mother and I opened our MediSpa company, New Looks Laser Center & Mobile Laser, in Tucson, Arizona back in 2004. Things were going good for a little bit, but then the economy struck and we found ourselves not having much money to invest in real estate anymore. That's when I wanted to start investing again, but didn't know how to start or find deals with little or no money down.

Now I am back in my hometown of Detroit, Michigan and I am actually selling about 15 properties in Arizona for an investor that I know here. The properties are in Tucson, Arizona and well hopefully I can get them sold for them because they are really great deals but the investor was a newbie who had money and purchased before the bubble burst. So besides this deal I am working on, I am looking for a very successful mentor/coach to develop a lifetime relationship with as a mentor/coach, friend, and future business partner. I have found many properties that I believe are some of the best deals because well this economy has created many deals, but the only problem is doing my first official real estate deal with little or no money down. Anyone on here interested in being my mentor/coach, friend, and future business partner? It doesn't matter where you're located as long as you're successful and you want to mentor/coach me into becoming successful in this beautiful lucrative business!
