Got a 2 day Intro lesson through Orvis on the Eagle River in CO and a frined and I just fished this week in Western NC where my cabins are located. 

For us we are co-sponsors on 2,600 doors so we are focused on Lifestyle STRs where they will generate very good cash flow and where our family can spend a couple weeks out of the year there.

The main one is a have alot of kids who leave for co-ops for a semester and get sub leasors in their place.
