Nowadays it is all done online- the contract is in the cloud, you get an e-mail when you need to sign something, you sign online (electronic signature) and everything is transferred electronically and instantly.

I have been to REIA meetings all over the country and can say that this group host the best meeting I have ever been to and really puts out some good content for its attendees.

Well my suggestion is to host a party.  

Additionally, improve operational efficiencies w/the property management team where you are including some non-tangible factors such as things that retain tenant occupants on property longer thru hosting social events, community bonding, etc, answering phones on time, first time - first visit fix, etc.
