In general, you'll need to register at the sale (and usually there's a line of people registering) and give them a certified check, though I don't recall the amount (you also need to have a certified check for 20% of the purchase price of whatever properties you buy).

Unless you had some in with the trustee's holding the sales ( which is probably not legal) you just need to be prepped to do the leg work show up with your funds and bid.Is FLA a state were you need certified funds in full to bid at auction ?

Obviously, I am not an expert on this as I am not even sure on what law would be broken but I was told the same information like it was common knowledge and should have already known this.
