The role of investors in real estate syndication is very simple: they invest their money in a real estate project that is run and managed by the syndicator, and they earn a percentage of the project’s profits based on a predetermined and agreed upon rate that is split between all investors and the syndicator.

Rehab and sell, then use the money earned as seed money for the next investment.

The things that I am struggling with are going to grad school and getting an MBA, turning professional and trying to make it to the PGA Tour, or giving up my last two years and starting my career in real estate.

I would like to maximize earnings on this property as well as grow with more properties.  

My home country's lenders will not consider me as I have no recent track record of earnings and so I wanted to explore getting a mortgage with a US based lender to buy a property in my EU home country, ultimately then moving there and paying of the mortgage from there ... is this possible to anyone's knowledge?
