Good day good people. I would like insite on growing in the real estate realm. I have one property and I know that I am not getting the highest rent that I should be getting. I had had this property for the past 4-5 years with the same tenants a mom with 3 kids.  I would like to maximize earnings on this property as well as grow with more properties.
