@Eric W.I can't give you veteran advice as i'm still a newbie myself in the Realtor world, but the office i work out of has a handful of part time Realtors that work and the way they cash in to make extra money and grow their SOI is by doing the Open Houses for the listing agents and occasional buyer leads they pick up from the open houses.
