Honestly, if wholesaling doesn't align with your end goals and/or strengths it's probably not the best place to start and you'll end up quitting before you get started.

It aligns their incentives with things they control, and does the same for you.

I've integrated automation for messaging and dynamic pricing, and taken all the necessary steps (that I'm aware of) to align with AirBnB's algorithm - Instant Book, flexible stay minimum and cancelation policy, building up 5 star reviews etc.

Aligning with Summer rental/buying months makes it much easier.

@Ryan Keenan  if you decide to stay in SFR then i would align with @Stephanie Potter to max out on conventional loan first .

It is more a requirement to align with the early termination addendum.

As with many things, the bigger your portfolio, the lower your rate.We do have a new company here who takes a different approach which claims to align their remuneration with the owners business objectives.

Do your due diligence and research them, talk to clients they work with and also remember it is important that your personalities align.
